Ashley is a STOTT Certified Pilates Instructor committed to helping clients build strength, alignment, and confidence through thoughtful, form-focused movement. Her approach integrates intentional sequencing, precise cueing, and whole-body awareness to support posture, mobility, and long-term functional strength.

Sessions are tailored to each client’s needs, providing a structured yet supportive environment to improve stability, release tension, and develop sustainable movement patterns. The work is steady, purposeful, and designed to help clients feel grounded and capable in their bodies.

From her home studio in Komoka, Ashley offers a personalized Pilates experience that enhances overall well-being and supports a stronger, more resilient foundation for everyday life.

These sessions focus on the foundational principles of the Pilates method, introducing you to the Reformer and a variety of small props on the Mat.
